A company is looking for a Lead Operations Analyst (Commercial
Lending and Servicing System Support).
Key Responsibilities
Provide ongoing production and operational support for Commercial
Loan Lending and Servicing applications
Perform business analysis, problem reporting, and resolution for
user inquiries related to applications
Lead small projects and initiatives, ensuring effective
communication with stakeholders and tracking of workloads
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Client-centric mindset with proven relationship-building skills
Strong decision-making and analytical skills
Ability to manage change and stay organized with task
assignments
Proficiency in technology-based tools and databases, such as Excel
and Access
