Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Services Analyst (People
Operations Analyst).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage operations related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee
data changes
Support HR projects, including compliance audits and performance
reviews
Administer HR tech systems and ensure data integrity and
reporting
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
1+ years of experience as the primary HRIS point of contact
Proven ability to learn new subjects and conduct research
Demonstrated expertise in process improvement
Interest in the intersection of People Operations and Business
Operations
