Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Representative, Client
Processing.
Key Responsibilities
Reviews and processes moderately complex transactions, ensuring
proper documentation and authorization
Performs quality checks on transactions processed by team members
and implements prevention plans for errors
Collaborates on projects to improve business processes and develops
knowledge of client requirements and firm policies
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
1+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred: Minimum of 6 months of IICP Processing experience
Experience in Back Office processing and familiarity with
Salesforce, TA Hub, and DST
Knowledge of the financial industry
