Job Description:
A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury
Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and
bodily injury, assessing coverage, liability, and damages
Communicate with customers and attorneys through various channels
to facilitate the claims process and negotiate settlements
Maintain accurate documentation of claims and ensure compliance
with policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in handling represented casualty claims is
preferred
Experience with NY, NJ, PA claims is preferred
2-5 years of complex/severe bodily injury claim handling experience
is preferred
Knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and liability
determination
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote environment
