Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Manager who possesses an
entrepreneurial spirit and strong management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Support the firm's Director in leading and managing the local
team
Serve as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for
clients
Review and manage individual, business, and trust tax return
engagements
Required Qualifications
7 - 12 years of experience in tax preparation and review
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
CPA or EA certification required
Direct experience managing staff and client relationships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on strategy and operations
