Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Associate Technical Account
Management, West.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Associate TAMs to drive customer
adoption and success
Champion the voice of the customer and collaborate with
cross-functional leaders to enhance regional customer success
Own key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, security
risk reduction, and customer retention
Required Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in cybersecurity, containers, or
cloud computing markets
Knowledge of cloud computing with hands-on experience in building
and operating cloud infrastructure
Proven track record of engaging with senior-level customers in
Customer Success or related roles
Experience managing customer escalations and balancing expectations
with business requirements
Thorough understanding of cloud platform features and best
practices for securing cloud environments
