Your Journey Ensure the pool area is kept clean, organized, and stocked at all times Provide exceptional customer service to guests by greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and assisting with towels and water Complete the set up and break down of all service cabanas as designated by management Perform walk through of the pool area monitoring and cleaning pool decks, furniture, and restrooms to ensure a n impeccable and inviting environment Set up and arrange pool furniture, umbrellas, and other amenities to enhance guest comfort and enjoyment Promote poolside amenities and services, such as food and beverage offerings, cabana rentals, and poolside entertainment Collaborate with other departments, such as food and beverage, recreation, and guest services, to ensure seamless guest experiences Deliver on guests’ expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside of the normal scope of duties, based on business needs About You You love the sun and being outdoors by the pool You are p assionate about providing exceptional service and creating memorable moments You are o pen to learning , d eveloping , and growing both yourself, personally, and helping others do the same You are trustworthy and have integrity Must Haves Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Team oriented Basic communication skills H otel experience, a plus You will Enjoy Free m eals Free uniforms and cleaning Ongoing c ommunity o utreach e vents Hotel d iscounts Associate ’s events throughout the year Healthcare benefits 401k retirement plan with company matching Physical Requirements Grasping, holding, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, bending over Ability to stand and exercise mobility for extended periods of time during your scheduled shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods during the shift Ability to push and pull food serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds on a semi - regular basis At Pendry, we want every guest and every associate to feel that they belong. The pay scale for Pool Attendant is $16.90 The pay scale is the base salary or hourly wage range, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and the like, that Montage reasonably expects to pay for the position.
