Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patent Agent to help protect
intellectual property.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with project teams to identify patentable inventions and
conduct patent clearances
Conduct prior art searches and evaluate the commercial viability
and patentability of new inventions
Assist in the preparation and review of patent applications and
manage the company's patent portfolio
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field;
mechanical or electrical engineering preferred
Passing one or more patent bar exams is required
Understanding of patent law and procedures
Ability to collaborate effectively with inventors and patent
attorneys
Proficiency in patent databases and search tools
