Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Services Agent-Remote (2nd
Shift).
Key Responsibilities
Receive and prioritize emergency and routine consultations across
multiple service lines
Manage incoming consultation workflows and patient rounding
processes efficiently
Maintain professional relationships with clinical and operational
teams to ensure timely consultation assignments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification required
At least one year of experience in a call center environment or
healthcare/IT
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
Ability to learn new software and systems
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, remote work environment
