Immediate need for Brokerage and Insurance Operations Assistant

Will be responsible for facilitating the effective operations of the Brokerage&Insurance Operations group through reporting, analysis, issue resolution, process improvement, administrative and functional support activities. Perform analysis and reports. Compiles financial and statistical reports. Analyze brokerage and insurance products. Ideal candidate will have an active Series 7 and 63 Licenses, California Life & Property/Casualty license preferred. Must be eligible for registration with Broker/Dealer. Must have 6 months experience in the securities industry and working knowledge and understanding of financial markets, investments, and retail brokerage environment.
