Job Description:

Immediate need for Import/Export Logistics Representative who is bilingual in Korean!!



DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

--- Manage overall logistics with freight forwarders and warehouses to ensure every shipment is flawlessly executed

--- Process customer orders and facilitate ocean import shipments, including scheduling between supplier and freight forwarder ensuring that fulfillment timelines are achieved

--- Professionally communicate with customers regarding customer needs/inquiries/issues

--- Negotiate prices with customers with understanding in logistics flow and pricing structure of the metal industry

--- Negotiate various cost including warehouse charges for cost reduction

--- Other job and responsibilities as assigned



Requirements:

--- Bilingual in English (native) and Korean (intermediate ok)

--- Professional communications skills

--- MS Office

--- Work experiences in metal business or with freight forwarding companies (preferred)
