Key Responsibilities: Apply the nursing processassessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluationto provide comprehensive care to surgical patients. Manage both routine and complex clinical situations independently while demonstrating strong situational awareness. Administer medications and treatments following protocols, monitoring patient responses and side effects. Document patient histories, symptoms, procedures, and care activities accurately. Assess and address the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families. Educate patients and caregivers on postoperative care and health maintenance. Delegate tasks appropriately to support staff to optimize patient outcomes. Uphold professional standards in line with the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice.
