Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of design systems to
enhance user experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design
consistency across products
Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and
improvements
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in UX design and design system management
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Relevant degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related
field
