Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Analyst (Payroll & Tax
Analyst) to manage payroll and employee tax operations
remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Own full-cycle payroll and tax operations
Create and execute pay processes in compliance with regulations
Provide excellent customer service regarding payroll and tax
inquiries
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in People Operations, People Services, or
Payroll
1+ years as the primary payroll point of contact
1+ years of hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Rippling
or Paylocity
Demonstrated expertise in payroll, employee taxes, and pay law
Proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership
