Job Description:
A company is looking for an Estimator II to provide accurate
vehicle repair estimates for mobile on-site fleet service.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor vehicle repair estimates and related
paperwork
Maintain communication with customers and internal teams regarding
repair status and timelines
Develop positive relationships with stakeholders and assist with
special projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of relevant experience or a
related degree/certification with 1 year of experience
2 years of experience in service advisement, maintenance
coordination, or a similar technician role
Proficiency in using software for generating repair estimates
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service and maintaining professional
relationships
