Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner to review and process
title transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Review title commitments and reports for requirements, exceptions,
and defects
Prepare documents to cure title defects and facilitate the issuance
of title policies
Collaborate with underwriters to resolve complex title issues and
manage title information
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in title, preferably with national title
experience
Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suites, and
escrow/title software
Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks autonomously
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Strong organizational skills with the ability to reprioritize
quickly
