Job Description:
A company is looking for a Credit Strategy Lead to support the
Credit Department in strategy implementation and process
improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Strengthen portfolio management tools to mitigate potential
delinquencies/defaults
Identify process gaps and implement improvements within the Credit
team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate
reporting for borrowing facilities
Required Qualifications
3+ years of commercial underwriting experience at a bank, financial
institution, or fintech company
Experience in underwriting/managing various loan products
Strong background in SQL and Excel
Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously
Critical thinker capable of solving complex problems with
cross-functional stakeholders
