A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, direct, supervise, and evaluate workflow for the Collections
Department
Supervise and develop assigned staff while ensuring compliance with
policies and regulations
Review collections activity and resolve customer complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
3 years of collections work experience in the legal field,
bankruptcy, or mortgage servicing required
Knowledge of loss mitigation mortgage workouts
Working knowledge of contact center database applications
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products
