Key Responsibilities
Collaborating with leadership to design and refine departmental
standards and processes for performance and customer
satisfaction
Overseeing the post-purchase customer journey and ensuring
consistent execution of support processes
Monitoring customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure
quality and brand alignment
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a high-volume contact center, preferably
in a supervisory role within e-commerce
Proven leadership and people management abilities with a track
record of coaching remote teams
Self-starter comfortable working independently in a remote
setting
Tech-savvy with experience using digital tools and platforms like
Google Workspace and Slack
Analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools
preferred
