Job Description:
A company is looking for a Launch Assistant for the IHP Human
Rights program.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in program preparation and implementation, including
logistical support for workshops and site visits
Provide administrative and logistical support to the Launch
Coordinator and Program Director
Collaborate with the Program Team to ensure a high-quality
educational experience for students
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with two years of related work experience
Understanding of experiential education and youth empowerment
pedagogies
Experience with international programs, event management, or youth
programming
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and online project
management tools
Authorization to work in the United States
