Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outreach Coordinator to join their
team remotely in New York or New Jersey.
Key Responsibilities
Place outreach calls to eligible Medicare Advantage members and
schedule Annual Wellness Visits with Nurse Practitioners
Provide support to patient inquiries and ensure timely resolution
of issues while meeting call metrics
Research complex issues and collaborate with support resources to
resolve customer concerns
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or 10+ years of equivalent working
experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
1+ years of customer service experience or experience in an
office/call center setting
Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new systems
Ability to work full time with flexibility in scheduling
