Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Enablement and Governance Lead to
drive the implementation and governance of AI-powered tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead process discovery sessions to identify inefficiencies and
automation opportunities
Design and prototype AI solutions and establish governance controls
for AI tools
Collaborate with business units to roll out AI tools and support
process adoption
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
3-6 years of experience in operations, process improvement, or
consulting roles
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered tools
Experience implementing process changes and driving adoption across
business functions
Ability to manage AI tools post-deployment, including monitoring
and updates
