Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Executive IV, responsible for
managing client relationships and overseeing service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall servicing relationship for assigned clients and
coordinate with internal and external leadership
Strengthen strategic client relationships by addressing program
needs and ensuring day-to-day service requests are met
Serve as a central point of contact for client initiatives and
provide updates to senior leadership and client executives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Seven years of experience in client relationship or servicing
within the financial services industry
Experience in driving strategic initiatives and customer
success
Project Management experience preferred
