Job Description:
A company is looking for a Welbe Advocate II.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring proper screening,
transfer, and resolution
Process, schedule, and authorize orders while maintaining accurate
documentation
Coordinate appointment scheduling and address participant and
provider inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of one year of experience in a call center service/support
role
Flexibility with work hours is necessary
Experience in organizational tasks
Knowledge of eligibility status and benefit information for
participants
