Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mortgage Processor II (Safe Act).
Key Responsibilities:
Process conventional and government loan requests while ensuring
compliance with guidelines
Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to
gather necessary documentation for loan applications
Monitor and update loan conditions, ensuring adherence to
regulatory requirements and addressing any irregularities
Required Qualifications:
Associate's degree with at least one year of mortgage industry
experience, or three years of equivalent work experience including
one year in the mortgage industry
Six months of specific mortgage processing experience plus
additional experience in customer service or financial services may
be acceptable
Proficient in PC skills, including knowledge of spreadsheet, word
processing, email, and PDF software
Ability to make sound decisions based on provided information
Versatility to adapt to changing policies and procedures in a
fast-paced environment
