Job Description:
A company is looking for a Transaction Coordinator to ensure
timely settlements for acquisitions and dispositions.
Key Responsibilities
Process acquisitions promptly to facilitate quick market
listings
Act as a representative for customers during the settlement
process
Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely
processing of settlements
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
