Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist II to join their
Global SSU team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, negotiate, track, and finalize Confidentiality Agreements,
Clinical Trial Agreements, Budgets, and Letters of
Indemnification
Negotiate final CDA and CTA templates with clients and internal
project teams
Manage all contractual agreements with investigator sites,
including negotiation and finalization
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in business administration, legal studies, or
life sciences; JD degree highly preferred
At least 2 years of legal experience with contract language, budget
development, and negotiations
At least 2 years of related industry experience, preferably in a
CRO
Ability to work with internal and external customers/vendors to
meet project-specific goals
Experience in providing input for local SOPs and supporting the
creation of internal training materials
