Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Care Coordinator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities

Receive and review prescriptions and documentation for insurance compliance
Coordinate with internal and external sources to obtain necessary information for order processing
Maintain records of documentation requests and order statuses, providing regular reports to management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
Clinical experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred
Knowledge of DME customer service or billing is preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Certified Medical Assistant or Associate's degree is preferred
Additional certifications in medical billing or healthcare administration are a plus
