Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Payment Accuracy Specialist.
Key Responsibilities

Generates and develops new audit concepts and collaborates with clients for acceptance
Develops new tools and processes to enhance audit production and client satisfaction
Directs quality control and oversees audit team claims verification and validation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with three years of direct audit experience or four years of related experience
Experience with Datameer and SQL preferred, along with Medicaid knowledge
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and system databases is required
Ability to mentor staff and enhance auditor performance
Prior healthcare billing and/or claims experience desired
