Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Staffing Director who is
passionate about working in a collaborative environment and has the

Key Responsibilities
Utilize data to assign over 250 consultants to projects based on
skill match and availability
Manage a team of Staffing Analysts and conduct resource planning
sessions for project demands
Develop scheduling strategies to improve efficiency and collaborate
with project managers on staffing needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource
Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience as a Staffing Analyst or in an Internal
Resource Management role
2+ years of people management experience
Workday consulting or schedule management experience is strongly
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Suite
