Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee payroll services for approximately 175 clients and process
payroll for internal employees
Generate and analyze reports using MS Excel, streamline payroll
procedures, and communicate regulatory updates
Enhance the utilization of HRIS and respond to payroll-related
inquiries while ensuring compliance with regulations
Required Qualifications
2+ years in full cycle, multi-state payroll processing for 200+
employees
1+ years processing payroll in Paycom
Solid MS Excel skills including data analysis and summarization
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Experience processing payroll in MPAY or UKG is a plus
