Physical Therapist Location: Garden Grove, CA Agency: Ambition 24Hours Pay: $2,528 per week Shift Information: Rotating - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 6/8/2026 About the Position Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Location: Garden Grove, CA (92843) Shift: Day Shift | 08:00 AM 04:30 PM Schedule: Contract (13 Weeks) Compensation $51.00 $59.50/hr Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services, helping patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic exercises and rehab programs Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed Educate patients and families on recovery and injury prevention Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate and timely documentation Requirements Active Physical Therapist license (state of practice) Current BLS certification preferred Previous rehab or clinical experience preferred Strong communication and patient care skills Additional Details 13-week contract 35 hours guaranteed per week May require weekend availability Must bring valid government-issued ID Must meet all facility compliance requirements
