Job Description:
Preferred Qualifications 2–5 years of experience providing
prosthetic and/or orthotic services. Experience in referral
development, physician engagement, or healthcare relationship
management. Clinical leadership or mentorship experience.
Experience in a growing outpatient O&P clinic environment.
Compensation & Benefits Starting salary: $75,000 annually for newly
certified clinicians , with additional compensation based on
experience and clinical leadership contributions. Performance-based
bonus program tied to clinic growth and individual contribution.
