Job Description:
Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated
and skilled Clinical Lab Scientist (CLS) to join our dynamic
laboratory team. If you are a dedicated professional with a passion

apply. • Demonstrated experience with laboratory instrumentation
and methodologies across various departments (e.g., Chemistry,
Hematology, Microbiology, Immunohematology). • Prefer Blood Bank
and at least one other discipline. • Must have a current MTA
license and will consider a Blood Bank limited license. •
Proficiency in performing complex laboratory tests, analyzing
results, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. • Strong
understanding of quality control, quality assurance, and laboratory
safety protocols. • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving,
and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements • Minimum one year of experience in an acute care
facility required. • Bachelors Degree in a biological or chemical
science as defined by CLIA • Must be appropriately trained in
clinical laboratory science as evaluated by the Director of the
Clinical Laboratory • California Clinical Laboratory Scientist
License (CLS) required. • A current Los Angeles County fire card is
