Monitor client progress and assist in treatment plan development. Deliver parent training to increase family engagement. Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure high-quality care. Contribute to team growth through leadership and program support. Who We’re Excited to Meet We’re seeking passionate ABA professionals ready to step into a leadership role. You bring: Bachelor’s Degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field. 1 year of ABA experience , including direct client care. Passion for leadership, growth, and clinical excellence.
