Job Description:
A company is looking for a Health Support Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to Utilization Management, Case Management, and
Disease Management requests
Conduct outbound calls to providers and facilities as necessary
Maintain customer service excellence and ensure timely routing of
requests to clinical staff
Required Qualifications
2+ years of related experience
High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to
work in the U.S
Good MS Office Suite skills
Knowledge of mainframe and web-based applications
Experience in a call center environment is preferred
