Job Description:
A company is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant for
Member Outreach, remote in Virginia.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls (40 calls/day); manage scheduling for
member appointments
Utilize EPIC, JIVA, and QNXT for updating member charts and
scheduling telehealth as needed
Coordinate refills for prescriptions and document necessary care in
member charts
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire
CCMA, CMA, RMA, or EMT-B certification is required
1 year of clinical or administrative experience is required
Customer service or front desk experience is acceptable
