Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outpatient/Provider Coder Level
2.
Key Responsibilities
Review and code outpatient clinic and provider services using CPT
and ICD-10 codes
Provide mentorship and training to Level 1 Coders and assist in
coding-related meetings
Resolve coding and billing issues and ensure compliance with
regulatory guidelines
Required Qualifications
Certification from AHIMA or AAPC (e.g., CPC, CCS)
Two years of coding, clinical, or billing experience, or three
years of coding experience
Basic knowledge of clinical documentation and health insurance
processing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to work remotely and adhere to HIPAA compliance
standards
