Job Description:
A company is looking for a QA Manager to lead their Quality
Assurance team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy focused on
automation
Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing mentorship and
guidance
Establish and enforce QA best practices, standards, and
processes
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a QA leadership role with a focus on
automation
Extensive experience with test automation tools and frameworks
(Cypress, Playwright, etc.)
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile
methodologies
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
