Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to
oversee the Accounts Receivable function and ensure efficient cash
flow management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Accounts Receivable team to ensure accurate billing,
timely collections, and maintenance of customer credit accounts
Manage deduction applications and collaborate with the sales team
to dispute invalid deductions
Oversee monthly close and reconciliation of accounts, including AR
reconciliation and allowance for doubtful accounts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting
10+ years of trade management, accounts receivable, and cash
application experience
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial
reporting
Experience with NetSuite and BluePlanner preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
