Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assessment Content Manager who will
develop and maintain assessment content for various evaluation
types.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review assessment items to ensure alignment with
learning objectives and competency frameworks
Analyze assessment results for effectiveness and identify areas for
improvement
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure technical
accuracy and relevance of content
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in assessment development or instructional
design
Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design,
psychometrics, or a related field
Strong understanding of assessment types and principles of validity
and reliability
Familiarity with learning management systems and authoring
tools
Experience with technical content or certifications in areas such
as AWS or cybersecurity
