Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Account Director to manage
and grow existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary account partner for key customers,
understanding their business goals and how data can drive
results
Increase annual recurring revenue (ARR) and net revenue retention
(NRR) by identifying opportunities and enhancing customer
engagement
Collaborate with Product teams to support customer needs and
develop strategies for account management
Required Qualifications
5-8+ years of relevant experience in consultative sales with a
proven track record of expanding complex enterprise accounts
Experience successfully launching new products to market in
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Strong background in account management within high-growth,
early-stage startups
Familiarity with value-based selling and consultative
approaches
Ability to work effectively with technical and product teams
