Job Description:
A company is looking for a Newsletter Growth Manager to drive
audience engagement and growth across multiple B2B newsletters.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute scalable organic list-building strategies and
optimize acquisition channels
Optimize subscriber acquisition touchpoints and conduct A/B tests
to enhance conversion rates
Develop retention strategies in collaboration with editorial teams
to improve subscriber engagement and lifetime value
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in growing newsletter audiences organically
Strong understanding of lead magnets, referral programs, and
list-building funnels
Experience in designing and improving signup flows and onboarding
journeys
Solid grasp of email marketing tools and customer journey tools
Highly analytical with a focus on funnel performance and engagement
