A company is looking for a Sales Manager, SMB Account
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Hire, coach, and develop a team of junior Account Managers focused
on transactional SMB accounts
Lead a team in high-volume outbound calling to drive revenue growth
and identify expansion opportunities
Foster a growth-minded culture through continuous learning and
collaboration with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience managing an Account Management or inside
sales team in a high-volume environment
Proven success in developing and coaching junior talent
Strong performance management experience with a focus on motivating
teams to exceed targets
Sales-driven mindset with a track record of delivering on revenue,
retention, and expansion goals
Proficiency with Salesforce; experience with Gong or similar tools
is a plus
