Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Pre and Post Grant Award
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the pre and post grant award processes, ensuring compliance
and financial accountability
Oversee the development and implementation of standards and
policies for programmatic and research goals
Supervise and coach a diverse team of grant professionals while
collaborating with leadership to identify funding opportunities
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Minimum of ten years of leadership experience in grants
administration, with at least five years in a supervisory role
Experience working with government, corporate, and foundation
funders
Understanding of proposal elements, including needs assessments and
budget narratives
Knowledge of federal, state, and funder regulations, including
Uniform Guidance
