Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will
manage omni-channel direct marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Build and execute campaigns in Braze, ensuring technical quality
across multiple channels
Conduct quality assurance checks and troubleshoot technical issues
related to campaign execution
Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor campaign performance,
providing updates and recommendations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, technology, or a
related field preferred
5-8+ years of experience in Direct-to-Consumer lifecycle marketing
with enterprise-grade marketing automation tools
Strong understanding of lifecycle/CRM marketing concepts and best
practices
Proficient in HTML and CSS for campaign content updates and
optimizations
Experience with performance reporting and data analysis tools such
as Excel, Tableau, or similar
