Job Description:
A company is looking for a Performance Manager - Critical
Facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the CMMS system and provide training and support for data
center operations
Analyze work order data to identify performance gaps and trends for
improvement
Develop and distribute operational reports and dashboards for
performance tracking
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
business/financial/systems area preferred; High School diploma or
equivalent required
5-10 years of experience in Data Centers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience
with data applications like Tableau or SQL is a plus
Experience with SharePoint is a plus
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify issues
and develop solutions
