A company is looking for a Director of User Experience Design
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and provide creative direction across a team of designers and
engineers
Collaborate on strategic design opportunities that drive product
and business strategy
Mentor and develop UX talent to empower the team and foster
continuous learning
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in creating web applications, responsive
or native apps, and e-commerce applications
Proven experience leading and growing a design team
Experience in utilizing qualitative and quantitative research
methodologies for design decisions
Ability to evangelize the value of design systems, tools, and
processes
Passion for cultivating a creative environment and leading
people
