Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of Demand
Planning.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the enterprise-wide demand planning strategy,
including process design, governance, and tool selection
Lead the monthly demand planning cycle and demand review as part of
the IBP process, creating alignment between Sales, Marketing,
Finance, and Operations
Translate top-down strategic goals and bottoms-up forecasts into
actionable demand plans across channels and categories
Qualifications
10+ years in demand planning, S&OP/IBP, or supply chain
leadership, ideally in high-growth CPG or food & beverage
Proven experience designing and leading enterprise planning
processes
Advanced understanding of forecasting methodologies, data modeling,
and scenario planning
Experience with ERP and planning systems (NetSuite preferred)
Experience managing and mentoring planning professionals
