Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Organizational Change Management Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage high-impact organizational change management (OCM) initiatives
Collaborate with business leaders to develop effective adoption strategies and communication plans
Mentor team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM methodologies

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
7+ years of OCM experience in consulting, preferably in technology consulting
Strong consulting skills with familiarity in project management methodologies
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Relevant OCM certifications (e.g., Prosci, AIP, APMG)
